The AGM normally takes place at the beginning of July every year and all ENWA Coordinators are notified of the date at least two weeks beforehand. This year (2026) the AGM will take place on Tuesday 7th July at 7.30 pm at Boorley Green Sports Pavilion, 68 Wallace Avenue, Botley, SO32 2GL.
